You'll learn to flow not only in your dance but also in your life, understanding how your mind works to create habits and develop a personal growth model that will empower you to achieve your goals.

They assist in understanding how your mind operates, offering tools and a framework to promote personal growth, improve various aspects of your life, and let your dance flow naturally. During these sessions, you’ll learn how to release limiting beliefs and open your mind to connect with your authentic essence.
I often receive feedback about how fluid, simple, and effortless my dance looks. This is because I have learned to heal, let go, and cultivate self-love, reflecting that internal transformation in both my life and my dance. Through my classes, I guide you to connect with yourself, allowing you to discover your unique expression from that deep connection. WHAT DO YOU LEARN BY TAKING THESE CLASSES?
BASIC COURSE
Month 1: Introduction and Body Connection
History, basic posture, hip drops, circles, shimmy
Body awareness, breathing, and mind-body connection
Month 2: Technique and Emotional Release
Hip twists, infinity, arm and hand movements
Free dance to explore and release emotions
Month 3: Rhythms and Creative Expression
Traveling steps, omi, turns, belly wave, movement combinations, musical rhythm
Guided improvisation to explore how rhythms influence emotions and expression
Month 4: Choreography and Group Work
Creation and practice of a simple choreography with learned movements
Strengthening connection, confidence, and body expression
Month 5: Elements and Active Relaxation
Adding elegance and fluidity
Active relaxation techniques and movements to release tension and promote physical well-being
Month 6: Presentation and Personal Reflection
Rehearsals and final presentation of the choreography
Reflection on learning and progress in both dance and life

💛30 DAYS TO GET TO KNOW MYSELF💛
In the DANCE TO HEAL community, we carry out 30-day exercises to shift our mindset and achieve our goals. These exercises must be completed in order and without missing a single day. If you miss one, you’ll need to start over, as it’s crucial to cultivate the willpower to improve. NO EXCUSES!
Please note that I’m not a psychologist, but applying these exercises in my own life—alongside my career as a language teacher and now a belly dance instructor—has given me the tools to create personal growth resources that I now want to share with as many women as possible.
The purpose of this community is to share our achievements and support one another. Even if only one woman joins me, I’ll be delighted to do the exercises with her, because change begins with a single mind choosing to see life in new colors and through her own individuality.
